Dr. Rev. Marie Carmelle Joseph is not just the first lady; she is also one of the pastors of Council Evangelical Apostolic Church of God. She is a significant part of the growth and development of C.E.A Church of God. She is responsible for all the administrative duties of the church. She has received a Bachelor’s degree from Jersey City University, a Masters’ degree from Lighthouse Christian College, a PhD in Theological studies from the International School of Religion, and a PhD in Philosophy studies from the Lighthouse Christian College. In 1987, Dr. Rev. Marie Carmelle Joseph received the Awards of Merit from National Dean’s List among Outstanding Nursing Students in America and an honor from Sigma theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
