Dr. Rev. Karl E. Joseph and First Lady, Dr. Rev. Marie Carmelle Joseph are the pastors of Council Evangelical Apostolic Church of God. Dr. Rev. Karl E. Joseph received a Bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State College, a Master’s degree from Lighthouse Christian College, a PhD in Theological studies from the International School of religion, a PhD in Philosophy studies from the Lighthouse Christian College, and a PhD in Divinity studies from the Christians Bible College and Seminary.

As the pastor of C.E.A. Church of God, Dr. Rev. Karl E. Joseph is an active member of the Haitian Pastors Association of New Jersey, The Gideons International, and The International Chaplain Organization.  He also served as President of the Haitian Lyons Club of New Jersey. He has received numerous honors, including an outstanding Chemist from the Society of Cosmetics of New Jersey. Dr. Rev. Karl E. Joseph is married to his lovely wife Dr. Rev. Marie Carmelle Joseph. They have two daughters, Karyne and Tamar, two sons, Machli and Eder, two daughters-in law, Toshiba and Chantal and five grandchildren, Nicholas, Jaiden, Machayla, Jonathan, and Malachi.
